The 'Award Winning' Sierra Crossing Project!

The City of Fresno’s first volumetric modular construction project, completed in 2025, received the Honorable Mention award in the category of Permanent Modular – Social & Supportive Housing, voted and presented by the Modular Building Institute. The award was presented at the World of Modular Conference in Las Vegas on April 23, 2026; an event with 1,800 attendees. The category was awarded based on three main criteria.
